Dual-pass filter delivering vivid blue (410 – 505 nm) plus a clean NIR channel (> 750 nm) while crushing the entire 530 – 720 nm band for maximum contrast.
B0611 passes two clear bands—bright blue (~400 – 515 nm) and a near-infrared window starting around 750 nm—while driving the
entire green-to-deep-red region (530 – 720 nm) to detector-noise levels. Transmission tops 90 % by 410 nm and stays flat
through ~505 nm. Just beyond 515 nm the curve drops below 1 % and holds near zero until it rockets above 90 % near 755 nm,
maintaining strong throughput beyond the displayed range. Ion-assisted coatings shrug off heat, humidity, solvents, and
repeated cleaning, and KUPO can trim edges, suppress ripples, supply 45° AOI versions, or cut large-format plates in as
little as two weeks.
Typical applications: dual-channel fluorescence (blue excitation + far-red detection), machine-vision lighting with
NIR reference beams, AR/VR waveguide injection, magenta stage lighting, and spectroscopy needing both 450 nm pumps and
760 nm reference lines.
B0611 passes two clear bands—bright blue (≈ 400 – 515 nm) and a near-infrared window starting around 750 nm—while it suppresses almost everything in between. Transmission tops 90 % by 410 nm and stays flat through about 505 nm. Just beyond 515 nm the curve drops below 1 % and remains near zero across the green-to-red region (530 – 720 nm). It then rises sharply above 90 % near 755 nm and maintains strong throughput beyond the displayed range. The result is a vivid blue signal, a deep mid-band notch, and a clean NIR channel for alignment or dual-wavelength sensing.
Key advantages
Bright blue passband – > 90 % transmission from 410 – 505 nm for curing, inspection, or fluorescence excitation.
Deep 530 – 720 nm blocking – < 0.5 % transmission removes green and red flare, boosting contrast and SNR.
Built-in NIR window – ≈ 90 % transmission above 750 nm gives an easy alignment or secondary sensing band.
Steep edges – ~10 nm transitions keep colours separate and minimise bleed-through.
Hard-oxide durability – Ion-assisted coating resists heat, humidity, solvents, and repeated cleaning.
Rapid custom options – Edge shifts, ripple suppression, 45 ° AOI versions, or large plates in two weeks or less.
Typical applications
Dual-channel fluorescence – Blue light excites CFP/FITC; the NIR window collects far-red probes while mid-VIS blocking cuts autofluorescence.
Machine vision & metrology – Pair sharp blue illumination with an NIR reference beam for 3-D profiling or mixed-material inspection.
AR / VR waveguides – Feed blue graphics and NIR eye-tracking signals into combiners without leaking green or red.
Stage & architectural lighting – Create saturated magenta washes (blue + far-red) with no unwanted green spill.
Spectroscopy & Raman – Cleanly separate a 450 nm pump from a 760 nm reference line for stable baselines.
