High-contrast short-pass filter passing vivid blue-cyan (410 – 535 nm) while crushing yellow to infrared light for pure, cool illumination.
C35413 lets bright blue-cyan light race through while it stops almost
everything from yellow to infrared. Transmission is already above 90 % at
410 nm and stays flat (≈ 92–94 %) to 535 nm. Just after 560 nm the curve
plunges below 1 % and hugs the baseline past 740 nm, so very little green,
red, or IR sneaks through. A tiny rise beyond 760 nm can aid alignment or
be flattened in custom builds. Ion-assisted hard-oxide coatings handle
heat, humidity, solvents, and frequent cleaning, while KUPO can shift
edges, smooth ripples, supply 45 ° AOI versions, or cut large plates in
about two weeks.
Typical applications: stage & architectural lighting, fluorescence
microscopes & cytometers, machine-vision lighting, blue-laser lithography
& curing, and AR/VR waveguides that need vivid blue graphics without
leaking into green-red channels.

Bright blue window – Over 90 % T from 410 nm to 535 nm for LEDs, lasers, or fluorescence lamps.
Sharp cutoff – ~10 nm edge at 560 nm cleanly splits blue from yellow-red to keep colours pure.
Deep blocking band – Below 0.5 % T from 580 nm to 740 nm—protects sensors and keeps heat off the stage.
Tough hard-oxide coating – Handles heat, humidity, solvents, and frequent cleaning.
Quick custom tweaks – Edge shifts, ripple smoothing, 45 ° AOI versions, and large plates (up to 300 mm) in about two weeks.
Stage & architectural lighting – Drop it into ellipsoidals or PARs for punchy ice-blue washes without red heat; cuts gel costs and extends lamp life.
Fluorescence microscopes & cytometers – Cleanly excite CFP/FITC dyes while blocking visible emissions.
Machine-vision lighting – Pair with 450 nm LED bars to boost contrast on plastics, pills, or security inks.
Blue-laser lithography & curing – Pass 405–450 nm lines for photoresists while stopping red/IR that can warp substrates.
AR/VR waveguides – Inject vivid blue graphics without leaking into green-red channels; optional NIR glint supports eye-tracking.
