Our bandpass and broad bandpass filters are designed to isolate a selected window of the spectrum while suppressing unwanted stray light—so your sensor or lighting system receives clean, controlled wavelengths with minimal out-of-band contamination. Our standard offerings cover a wide range of visible to near-infrared options, with center wavelengths spanning approximately 450 nm to 1000 nm across multiple bandwidth choices. Bandpass filters provide a tighter transmission window for higher spectral selectivity, while broad bandpass filters deliver a wider, flatter passband for strong throughput and uniform color without the fringing or added reflections that can come from stacking multiple filters.
Built as durable hard-dielectric coating stacks on high-quality optical glass, these filters are engineered for demanding environments and can withstand temperatures up to 450 °C. KUPO Optics can custom-make optical filters to your specification, including center wavelength and bandwidth, substrate choice, cut-on/cut-off targets, and optional anti-reflection or protective overcoats. We support geometries from 5 mm chips to 450 mm panels, and parts can ship with MIL-M-13508C testing for humidity, adhesion, and abrasion for reliable performance in labs, factory lines, and touring fixtures.
