Emerald-green filter (520 – 550 nm, > 90 % T) with < 1 % UV/blue & red leakage and only a mild < 12 % IR tail beyond 760 nm.
G2810 isolates a clean slice of emerald-green while driving nearly
every other wavelength into the noise. Transmission breaks 90 % near 520 nm,
stays above that threshold to ~550 nm, and drops below one percent by ~600 nm.
UV/blue energy remains near zero (aside from a modest ~10 % ripple around
390 nm that can be flattened on request), and yellow-to-red light stays
suppressed out to the near-IR; only a gentle tail climbs toward ~12 % at
780 nm.
KUPO coats Borofloat®, soda-lime, Schott D263 T, or Corning Eagle XG substrates
cut to any outline—from 5 mm chips to 450 mm plates—with thicknesses
of 0.21 – 3.8 mm, and can ship prototypes in about two weeks.
Typical uses: FITC-style fluorescence excitation, green-LED machine
vision, RGB laser/LED projection, discrete green channels in multispectral
cameras, saturated stage beams, and AR waveguides that need bright green
injection free of UV/IR heat.
The G2810 delivers exceptional green-to-yellow transmission with a broad 54 nm passband and 94.2 % peak efficiency. This clean-blocking filter achieves remarkable out-of-band rejection while maintaining the spectral breadth necessary for illumination-intensive applications.
Deploy G2810 filters in both research and production environments; we provide rapid prototyping support and scaled manufacturing capacity.
