Narrow green passband (470 – 540 nm, 92 – 94 % T) with < 1 % UV/blue and red leakage—ideal for high-contrast imaging and display engines.
G32701 isolates the eye-sensitive 470 – 540 nm band while crushing stray UV/blue,
yellow-red, and most near-IR. Below ~450 nm transmission is essentially zero, then the curve
rockets past 90 % by ~470 nm, rides a flat 92 – 94 % plateau through 540 nm, and collapses
under one percent by ~580 nm. Out-of-band blocking holds to the noise floor until a secondary
rise begins beyond 760 nm, enabling optional NIR reference channels.
KUPO coats Borofloat®, soda-lime, Schott D263 T, or Corning Eagle XG substrates cut to any outline—from
5 mm chips to 450 mm plates—with thicknesses of 0.21 – 3.8 mm, and can ship prototypes
in about two weeks.
Typical uses: FITC-style fluorescence, green-LED machine vision, RGB laser/LED display engines,
multispectral cameras (green + NIR index), and AR waveguides requiring bright green injection
without UV/IR heat.
G32701 is a high-clarity green passband filter engineered to isolate the eye-sensitive 470 – 540 nm range while crushing stray UV/blue, yellow–red, and most near-IR light. Below roughly 450 nm transmission is essentially zero, then the curve shoots past 90 % by about 470 nm, rides a flat 92 – 94 % plateau through 540 nm, and collapses under 1 % by ~580 nm. Out-of-band blocking holds to the noise floor until a secondary rise begins beyond 760 nm, allowing optional NIR reference channels if desired. The result: vivid green throughput with UV, blue, and red clutter kept firmly out of the signal path.
Key advantages
High-contrast green window – 92 – 94 % transmission across 470 – 540 nm maximises luminance and colour fidelity.
Deep out-of-band blocking – < 1 % T from 380 – 450 nm and 580 – 725 nm shields sensors from UV/blue noise and red flare.
Optional NIR peek – Controlled rise > 760 nm enables alignment beacons or dual-band imaging without extra optics.
Rugged hard-oxide coating – Withstands heat, humidity, solvents, and repeated wipe-downs—ideal for production lines and field rigs.
Typical applications
Fluorescence microscopy & flow cytometry – Deliver FITC-type excitation while dumping autofluorescence and IR.
Machine-vision lighting – Pair with green LEDs/lasers to boost SNR in reflective-part inspection and pick-and-place systems.
Projection & display engines – Channel green primaries cleanly in laser-phosphor or RGB LED light paths.
Multispectral & hyperspectral cameras – Serve as a discrete green channel with an optional NIR reference for vegetation indexing.
Augmented-reality waveguides – Inject bright green imagery into see-through combiners without heating the substrate.
Round, square, or free-form blanks (5 – 450 mm) on Borofloat®, soda-lime, D263 T, or Corning Eagle XG glass are available in thicknesses from 0.21 mm to 3.8 mm, all delivered on tight schedules to keep your project moving.
